Must be 18 or over to enter the premises. Persons under the age of 18 may only enter the premises with a guardian who is at least 25 years of age.

In order to consume alcoholic beverages, you must establish that you are at least 21 years of age. You must have a valid identification card issued by a state or governmental agency (Drivers License, Passport etc) containing your photograph, date of birth, height, sex and color of eyes. The Zone is unable to accept forms of identification that are expired, cracked, altered, or damaged in any way.

No smoking inside the premises, including vaporizers and electronic cigarettes. No pipe, cigar smoking, snuff or chewing tobacco. There are designated smoking areas outside or on the patio.

Loitering on these premises or in the adjacent parking areas is strictly prohibited.

Food and Beverage not prepared and/or served by The Zone are strictly prohibited at the premises.

Appropriate, clean, presentable attire required at the location. The Zone reserves the right to modify the dress code guidelines for any reason, including or due to local or seasonal conditions or special events.

• Shoes and shirts required at all times. Persons wearing torn or soiled clothing will be admitted at the discretion of management.
• We do not allow clothing which exposes underwear or excessive portions of the skin, which may be viewed as inappropriate in a family environment.
• Sunglasses may not be worn in premises.
• No hats, clothing, jewelry or visible tattoos with offensive language or imagery.
• No perceived evidence of gang affiliation.
• First Responders, Military and Veteran Motorcycle Associations, please provide proper identification if in riding apparel. No offensive patches on riding apparel.
• NO OPEN CARRY of firearms permitted except by sworn law enforcement personnel.

The Zone encourages our guests to make and share memories in a fun, social environment. However, we kindly request that our guests adhere to the following policies regarding the use of cameras on our premises:

• Permission required for any filming or photography intended for commercial use, including journalism.
• Filming or photography of other guests or staff members requires their express permission.
• No filming or photography of games for the purpose of gaining an unfair playing advantage.
• No use of tripods or other equipment, which might interfere with the ability of other guests to enjoy their experience, without prior written permission.
• We reserve the right to revoke permission for the use of photographic or video equipment at any time for any reason.

The materials in the Web Sites are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, The Zone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Zone does not warrant that the functions contained in the Web Sites (the “Service”) will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, reliable, of any quality, that defects will be corrected, or that the Web Sites or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components, nor is it warranted either implicitly or expressly that any content is safe in any manner for download. The Zone does not make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in the Web Sites in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. Visitors (and not The Zone) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. You understanding and agree that The Zone does not provide professional advice of any kind and that any advice or any other information obtained via the Web Sites may be used solely at your own risk. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, and certain statements in the above disclaimer may not apply to you as regards implied warranties; the other Terms of Use remain enforceable notwithstanding. The material that visitors read in the Web Sites is provided solely for entertainment and promotional purposes. The information and opinions expressed in any bulletin boards, chat rooms, or other forums including social media outlets which may be conducted on the Web Sites (collectively “Forums”) are not necessarily those of The Zone or its affiliated or related entities or content providers and The Zone makes no representations or warranties regarding that information or those opinions. Furthermore, neither The Zone, nor its content providers is responsible or liable to any person or entity whatsoever (including, without limitation, persons who may use or rely on such data/materials or to whom such data/materials may be furnished) for any loss, damage (whether actual, consequential, punitive or otherwise), injury, claim, liability or other cause of any kind or character whatsoever based upon or resulting from any information or opinions provided in the Web Sites.

We do not issue refunds for cancellation, change of plans or gift vouchers, birthday party deposits or VR online advance bookings. The deposits and advance purchase items, can be issued in the form of Zone Bucks on a Zone Card and the Value utilized anywhere in The Zone for Food & Beverage Purchases or Attractions, in case a guest is unable to use these and inform us in advance of the events.

We understand that advance cancellations do happen because of various reasons. We do not issue refunds for cancellation, change of plans or gift vouchers, Birthday Party deposits, Summer Camp bookings or Virtual Reality online advance bookings. The deposits and advance purchase value items can be issued in the form of Zone Bucks on a Zone Card and the Value utilized anywhere in The Zone for Food & Beverage Purchases or Attractions for future purchases. The cancellation & Deposit issue request must be done in advance of the Event & Booking Date. We do not accept last-minute cancellations.

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to check-in for your event or booking time.

Children are not to be left unattended in the facility. The Zone team members are not responsible for the safety and care of children.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE ZONE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES; THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF THE ZONE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM (I) THE USE OF SERVICES OR THE INABILITY TO USE SERVICES, (II) THE COST OF OBTAINING SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND/OR SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY TRANSACTION ENTERED INTO ON THE WEB SITES, (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA TRANSMISSIONS, (IV) STATEMENTS BY ANY THIRD PARTY OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY USING SERVICES, OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER.

In some jurisdictions, The Zone is not permitted to limit liability, and, therefore, such limitations may not apply to you. If allowed by law and notwithstanding the foregoing, The Zone’s maximum liability shall be limited to $100.00.

Any emails, notes, message/billboard postings, ideas, suggestions, concepts or other material submitted will become the property of The Zone throughout the universe, and The Zone shall be entitled to use the material for any type of use forever including in any media whether now known or hereafter devised. When visitors submit material to The Zone or the Web Sites, visitors agree that The Zone has the right to publish the material for any type of use as outlined above including promotional and advertising purposes.

The Zone is not responsible for any material posted on its Forums, including, but not limited to social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. Visitors shall not submit or otherwise publish through such Forums any content which:

1. libels, defames or invades privacy, or is obscene, pornographic, abusive, or threatening;
2. infringes any intellectual property or other right of any entity or person, including, but not limited to violating anyone’s copyrights or trademarks;
3. violates any law;
4. advocates illegal activity;
5. advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for goods or services;
6. impersonates or misrepresents your association with any person or entity; or
7. conceals or misrepresents the origin thereof.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Zone and its representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, that may be filed by any third party, arising out of your conduct or in connection with the Web Sites, your provision of content, your violation of these Terms of Use, or any other violation by you of the rights of another person or party.

By this Agreement, you and The Zone both waive, to the fullest extent allowed by law, any claims to recover punitive or exemplary damages and any right to pursue any claims on a class or consolidated basis or in a representative capacity.

The Zone reserves all rights, including but not limited to any and all Intellectual Property, patents, trade secrets, and any other proprietary right that it may have in respect to the Web Sites, the content thereof, and goods and services that may be provided. By making services available to you, The Zone is not providing you with any implied or express licenses or rights, and you will have no rights to make any commercial use of the Web Sites or services or any and all Intellectual Property, patents, trade secrets and any other proprietary right that The Zone may have with respect to the Web Sites without The Zone’s prior written consent.

Some activities on this Site require you to register with a user name and password or to post entries to the community support section of this Site). You agree to use the Site only to post, send and receive messages and material that are appropriate and related to the purpose of the Site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, or any servers, computers, or any data bases connected with the Site. If The Zone suspects violations of any of this Section, The Zone may institute legal action and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in bringing legal proceedings against violators. You agree that, if you submit or provide suggestions for improving The Zone products and services (‘Feedback’) to The Zone, by the act of submission or suggestion you effectively irrevocably assign to The Zone all rights, title and interest throughout the world in the Feedback without the right to any compensation or royalties from The Zone and, to the extent allowed by applicable law, you waive any moral rights you may have in the Feedback. Further, you effectively irrevocably waive and agree never to assert any claims against The Zone or any of The Zone successors in interest with respect to Feedback you submit or provide to The Zone. You also agree that this assignment and waiver will be effective without the need for any further action or execution of any further document by you.

Any action visitors, any third party or The Zone bring to enforce, in connection with these Terms of Use or any matters related to the Web Sites shall be brought only in either the state or federal courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia, and visitors expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. By using the Web Sites, you accept that jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Virginia located in Loudoun County, and that any disputes will be heard by said courts.
